SIR— Makerere University administration has learnt that Mr Mugisha Kafureka who was arrested on April 19, on charges of rebel recruitment and treason is claiming to be an employee of Makerere University.
SIR— Makerere University administration has learnt that Mr Mugisha Kafureka who was arrested on April 19, on charges of rebel recruitment and treason is claiming to be an employee of Makerere University. We wish to state that Mugisha Kafureka is not an employee of this university although he had been invited as a guest lecturer in the department of Women and Gender Studies.
