SIR— The article “Declare Kadaga bankrupt” in your paper yesterday, page 3, refers. Whereas our client obtained judgement in the case “Kennon Trading Centre vs Rebecca Kadaga”, it is not true that we are proceeding against her at all. What we told your reporter was that, that was one of the option open to us. But there is no need for it now as Hon Kadaga has agreed to pay.Kakuru & Co Advocates
