TORORO — One of the 10 prisoners, who staged a dramatic escape from Malukhu prison in Mbale last December, has been re-arrested in Malaba. Peter Ojukuu was arrested by residents of Ofinya trading centre, 3km on the Malaba-Tororo highway, together with two others. Ends
