MBARARA — The Constitutional Review Commission has moved to northern Uganda to conduct public hearings in Apac, Nebbi, Lira and Gulu districts. Prof. Byarugaba leads the team which started work in Nebbi on Tuesday. The commission on Wednesday said contributions centred on political systems, witchcraft, and women rights.Ends
