By Norman KatendeFEDERATION of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) will address SCOUL’s letter which requested them to revisit their ruling of ‘donating’ to Express three points and two goals from their abandoned match, though not within the time limit given by the petitioners.SCOUL on Tuesday wrote to FUFA asking them to revisit the decision within three days or they appeal to FIFA and also quit the league.Addressing the weekly press conference at Lugogo yesterday, secretary Haruna Mawanda said that SCOUL should not be cursed for writing to them.“We are going to go through what they wrote. It is good that a club writes to us or appeals to FIFA but not to go to the courts of law,” Mawanda told the sports media.Mawanda, backed by FUFA treasurer Patrick Isiagi, said that the security was not enough that is why it could not rid the field free of the spectators for the game to continue.Meanwhile, National Football League Committee (NFLC) will tomorrow afternoon hand over balls to all clubs that are going to participate in the Kakungulu Cup. Club officials have been asked to carry registration receipts for identification.Ends
