MASAKA — The resident judge, Justice Solome Bbosa, has said she will issue a warrant of arrest against the UNEB secretary, Matthew Bukenya, if he fails to testify in the petition filed against the district LC5 chairman, Vincent Ssempijja, over his alleged fake academic transcripts. This follows a communication from the petitioner, Dr. Shannon Kakungulu’s lawyers, Alaka and Lukwago Company Advocates, saying Bukenya, their key witness, could only turn up in the high court.Ends
