By Joyce Namutebiand Hamis KaheruMEMBERS of Parliament have asked the Government to set up a procedure to control ownership of guns.They demanded for a response from the Government regarding a recent wave of murders and robberies in Kampala and other parts of the country.Ken Lukyamuzi (Rubaga South) was the first to raise concern on the murder of a number of businessmen in his constituency. Stephen Malinga (Butebo) expressed concern that it had become easy for people to own guns.Nobert Mao (Gulu) asked for a response on the situation in Gulu, Kitgum and Pader. He said Joseph Kony’s rebels were moving freely despite Operation Iron Fist. Ends
