KAMPALA — The High Court will today rule as to whether Patrick Katto should be committed to a civil prison for failure to pay over sh2.3b.

KAMPALA — The High Court will today rule as to whether Patrick Katto should be committed to a civil prison for failure to pay over sh2.3b. The court heard that Katto, and his father, Thomas Katto, owe the International Credit Bank (ICB) sh2,369,249,261, whose repayment they guaranteed for running Sanyu Television which they owned. Katto and his son Patrick were managing director and director respectively in the ICB. The High Court Registrar, Precious Ngabirano, yesterday said he would give his ruling today. Ends
