MBARARA — Habitat for Humanity, an NGO, has commenced constructing cheap but modern houses for the youth in rural areas. Each house is worth sh2.5m and a beneficiary is supposed to pay back within 10 years. An official at Mbarara University said the scheme is favourable to low-income earners. Ends
