KARAMOJA — NGOs working in the district have been asked to consider initiating “food for work†programmes for sustainable maintenance of the existing infrastructure. The advice was recently given by the principle assistant secretary in the Prime Minister’s office, Erasmus Mugerwa, at Kasimeri P7 school.
