Samson Mande, The New Vision has learnt.Kyakabale and Samson Mande, the two former UPDF officers, fled to Rwanda after the 2001 presidential elections and later declared war on the Government.A security source said the ADF remnants tried in the past month to re-mobilise in Ituri forest in Kivu in eastern DR. Congo. “We are dealing with them. This is why our forces are in Beni. Two of them were arrested,” the source said. He said another six were blocked about two weeks ago as they tried to cross River Semliki.
