Marie Stopes International is a marketing focussed, results oritented social enterprise developing efficient and sustinable reproductive healthcare programmes in over 35 countries worldwide. Marie Stopes International has been working in Uganda since 1990 and operates a clinic-based service delivery programme (Marie Stopes Uganda) and a social marketing programme on behalf of the Ministry of Health (Marie Stopes International - Uganda). We are currently looking for a dynamic youthful individual to fill the position of the Marketing Manager. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that MSI-Uganda continues to have a strong and appropriate organizational image and receives the level of positive publicity, which makes it known throughout Uganda as a provider of high quality, low cost condoms for STI/HIV prevention. Your responsibilities will include: participation in strategic and operational planning, development, implementation and achievement of programme marketing plans and objectives in liaison with the Programme Director, monitor the success of individual marketing activities and adjust accordingly, plan in liaison with seniro management team and produe publicity materials for Life Guard and female condoms, ensure stocks of materials are always available for programme use, assist the Programme Director in maintaining good relations with all stakeholders and coordinate activities with other members of the team. Educated to degree level, with 3 years senior management experience demonstrating strong proven marketing, business management and leadership skills, you will be innovative, results-oriented and enthuisiastic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
