KAMPALA — The Police yesterday released the daughter of the UPC presidential policy commission chairman, Dr. James Rwanyarare, after five days in custody for allegedly pouring hot water on their housemaid.

KAMPALA — The Police yesterday released the daughter of the UPC presidential policy commission chairman, Dr. James Rwanyarare, after five days in custody for allegedly pouring hot water on their housemaid. Lena Kembabazi, 25, was released on Police bond from Wandegeya Police station, where she is required to report until the case is disposed of. Relatives said she was suffering from a mental illness.
