A SEVEN-month pregnant housewife has been beheaded in Kabarole district.

A SEVEN-month pregnant housewife has been beheaded in Kabarole district.
Police said they were holding the husband as they investigate the motive of the murder.
The murder took place at Kasunganyanja on the Kasese-Fort Portal highway recently.
Sources said the deceased was resting in her compound.
Meanwhile, the army has arrested a trigger-happy army private, Godfrey Byamukama, for allegedly shooting and killing an old woman only identified as Kagaaga.
The incident occurred in Rwebisengo sub-county, Bundibugyo district recently. The shooting scared the residents who thought it was a rebel attack.
The rampaging Byamukama is said to have robbed residents of sh200,000.
A UPDF intelligence officer, Lt. Paul Muwonge, said Kyomukama was arrested at a herbalist’s place where he had sought herbs to appease the deceased’s spirit. The herbalist alerted the army. Ends
