KAMPALA — Floods that may occur in the coming heavy rains will be contained, Tamale Kiggundu, the project co-ordinator of Nakivubo Channel Rehabilitation Programme, has said. Kiggundu said yesterday that the Nakivubo Channel would contain the water although it is yet to be completed.
