RAKAI —– Court brokers on Friday impounded the town council’s property for failing to pay sh1,120,000 to the chief finance officer. This follows a March ruling in Masaka High Court which ordered the town council to refund the money to Richard Lule who was reinstated from interdiction. Court also ordered the council to pay costs of the suit. Ends
