KAYUNGA — The lands, water and environment minister, Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda, has asked Ugandans to register their land and get land titles. Rugunda was speaking at Namagabi Secondary School where he handed over a 90-acre land title for the school to the board of governors chairman, Hajji Musa Katongole. Ends
