OUT STANDING Robert Sseguya will be the man to watch as his side MTN Heathens take on Makerere Hima Impis in the semi-finals of the Bell Uganda Cup at Kyandodo ground today.

The star flanker who collected more than 40 points in the just concluded Confederation of Africa Rugby (CAR) tournament is in top playing spirits and could rout Impis single handedly.

Sseguya, also USPA player of the month (October) was voted man-of-the-match against Kenya and shared the same honours with Allan Musoke against Botswana in the CAR finals.

Defending champions Heathens will go into the semi-finals with high confidence among the players after an easy season.

The side has scooped the 2003 Bell Lager league trophy and lifted the Makerere tens trophy after edging the Black Pirates 10-5 in the finals.

“Well, it has been such a good season for us (Heathens) but we can not start celebrating until we achieve our goal of scooping all trophies,” a confident skipper Tolbert Onyango revealed.

Heathens got a walk over in the quarterfinals when their opponents Mongers feared to turn up for the game.

The second semi-final is an anticipated thriller between Underwriters Kobs and Black Pirates at Kampala club.

National team captain Herbert Wafula will parade with flanker Ebrahim Nyango, hooker Deo Tumuhairwe and Henry Rujumba to bring down the Kobs.
