Kids told to spy for cops

MBARARA — Brig. Jim Muhwezi, the minister of health, has urged parents to convince their children to turn into police spies on defilers. He was on Saturday addressing residents at an anti-AIDS stigma campaign at Kakyeka Grounds. His comment followed recent reports by regional police commander Edward Ochom that 504 children in the region were defiled between January and September.
