PAUL Sigombe, the vice president for the Confederation of Africa Rugby (CAR) has revealed that the body would conduct two main continental competitions next year.

PAUL Sigombe, the vice president for the Confederation of Africa Rugby (CAR) has revealed that the body would conduct two main continental competitions next year.
The Top Nine and the Regional Ten have been added to the CAR 2003 calendar and both competitions are expected to start as early as March.
Uganda that topped the Six Nations second tier tournament after walloping Botswana 56-7 will play in the Top Nine and has been grouped with Kenya and Botswana in pool B.
Madagascar, Kenya, Botswana and Uganda were up graded to play in the top nine after staging a good fight in the 2002 Six Nations tournament.
Tunisia, Morocco and Ivory Coast are in pool A while Zimbabwe, Namibia and Madagascar are in pool C of the Top Nine.
