14-year-old on defilement

MPIGI – A 14-year-old boy has been committed to the High Court to answer charges of defiling a two and half -year-old girl. Mpigi court magistrate Charles Yeteise committed Steven Bbuule of Police Zone, after prosecution had completed its inquiries. It was alleged that on October 23, 2001 the accused had sexual intercourse with a girl under 18-years.
