By Peter Ekarot UGANDA Cranes qualification to Mali 2002 Africa Nations Cup will form the main agenda of the FUFA executive meeting on Friday. Also on the agenda at the big Nakulabye meeting, will be the reshuffles of the seven standing committees whose constitutional life span has expired after two years. FUFA assistant secretary Haruna Mawanda told The New Vision yesterday that the local soccer federation is expected to set plans on how Cranes can make the continental finals after 22 years. Then look at the various standing committees, before reshuffles are made where necessary," said Mawanda. "The Federation, plus its promoters Euromarkint want to plot Cranes path to Mali. Cranes success will be our landmark and in one way, it will also woo Government to come in a big way into football," said Mawanda. Members of FUFA are busy campaigning for the positions in the various committees, especially the National Football League Committee (NFLC) that is chaired by Godfrey Kwizera. The other committees are - Referees chaired by FUFA Vice president-Administration Wilson Tumwine, technical led by FUFA vice preisdent-Technical Polly Ouma.
