BY VISION REPORTER DEFENDING champions Tusker aim for a record fourth CECAFA club Cup today as they face Oserian Fastac in a potentially explosive championship final at Nairobi's City stadium. It will be the second all-Kenyan final, 16 years after Gor Mahia beat AFC Leopards 2-0 in Sudanese capital, Khartoum. The regional club bonanza that started in 1974 has had the Kenyan teams dominate with no less than fourteen club championship trophies amomngst themselves, including today's trophy that will innevitably reside in the Kenyan capital. Tusker, formerly Kenya Breweries , who won the title in 1988, 1989 and 2000, would be the first team to lift the title without conceding a goal if they can hold out against their local rivals. They hit Somalia's Elman 4-0, hammered CDE of Djibouti 6-0 and pipped Ethiopia's St. George and Uganda's SC Villa 1-0 enroute to the final. Oserian from Naivasha wants their name etched on the championship plate in words of coach Twahir Muhidin. "Oserian should by the end of the day go into records as East and Central African champions." Villa, eliminated by Tusker at the semi final stage, entertain St. George in the bronze medal hunt in the game preceding the final. Villa return tomorrow. Ends
