MBARARA – Makerere International Development Institute in Kampala has opened a branch at Ruharo Community Centre in the municipality. The Managing Director of the institute, Charles Wazaarwa, said, "If a student brings at least 10 others to the institute, we shall give him the privilege to study free for one semester." Speaking to The New Vision on Wednesday at his Ruharo office, Wazaarwa said the institution will open on March 1. Ends
