The truth about Masooli Church Choir

SIR- I write to correct some of mistakes in the article Nanteza Stella's story. The choirmaster of Masooli Church Choir, was and is called, Andrew S.B. Lubega. Mr Kibalama and Escatos Brides did not take part in the Lugogo show in 1978. It was held by Masooli Church Choir. The people who took part in that show and did not belong to Masooli Church Choir were Paul Matovu, a pianist with UNO in Togo and Mungaya, a guitarist who was a teacher at Kitante Secondary School. There was also Kawuma who played the drums. Those who went with Nanteza from the choir to start Katumba and the Ebonies were Nanteza, Margaret Mayanja, Rose Mayanja, Rebecca Nalubwama and the late Isaac Kasasa. Andrew S.B.
