Local Government ministry permanent secretary, Vincent Ssekkono, has urged district leaders to adopt participatory budgeting processes by involving politicians and technocrats, reports Jonathan Angura. Ssekkono, said this in a speech read on Thursday by the ministry's principal inspector, Tamale Kiggundu, at a two-day budget conference for Pallisa at Pal and Lisa School. He said through the participatory process, better priorities for local governments would be identified. Ends
