Tanzanian Man Barred

RAKAI - A Tanzanian, Augustine Mwiza, was yesterday stopped from voting by residents of Kalagala. Col Kizza Besigye's agent, Francis Rubyayi, said he knew Mwiza to be a resident of Gayaza village in Busunga parish, Mishenyi county in Kagera region, Tanzania. However, the Rakai deputy registrar, Ahmed Kyeyune, said Mwiza was entitled to vote. Kyeyune said he would follow up the matter. Ends
