Help the poor!

SIR-I would like to request the President to explain to me about the sh15,000 our children in Bat Valley Primary School are being forced to pay. The children in P7 must pay this money to study from 7.30 a.m to 5.30 p.m and a compulsory sh2,000 for each Saturday if they are to pass PLE, the children are told. These lessons are conducted in the school from Monday to Saturday, Though no circular has been sent to parents, these extra charges are going on.
