BUGANDA ROAD – An accountant with World Vision and a businesswoman were yesterday charged with two counts of elopement.
BUGANDA ROAD – An accountant with World Vision and a businesswoman were yesterday charged with two counts of elopement. Solomon Twesigye Turumanye, 30, and Ruth Kyokunda, 28, appeared before the Grade one magistrate Silvia Namubiru. They denied the charges. State prosecutor Baxter Bakibinga told court that inquiries into the case were incomplete. The case was adjourned to March 30. The two allegedly commited the offence on March 2.
