Witness Backs Claim

KAMPALA - A Uganda Human Rights Commissioner, Constantine Karusoke, testifying in the Prince Happy Kijanangoma murder trial, yesterday told the High Court that one of the suspected murderers told him that he was tortured at Mbuya Military Barracks and the Chieftancy of Military Intelligence at Kitante. Patrick Kwezi, the suspect, claims he confessed to the murder under torture. Ends
