KAMPALA - Attorney General Bart Katureebe leaves for the Netherlands today to file Uganda's defence against the DR Congo in the International Court of Justice.

KAMPALA - Attorney General Bart Katureebe leaves for the Netherlands today to file Uganda's defence against the DR Congo in the International Court of Justice. A source said Katureebe will file the defence on Friday, because the nine-month grace period the court granted Uganda elapses on Saturday. Lucian Tibaruha of the justice ministry left for the Hague yesterday. Ends
