KABAROLE - Toro's child King Oyo yesterday celebrated his 9th birthday in his home town of Fort Portal. Hundreds of people joined the king at a service at St. John's Cathedral. The jovial Omukama, who ascended the throne at the tender age of three, later joined a procession of children who marched to his palace for a party. Ends
