NCS set up info desk

By Leo Kabunga NATIONAL Council of Sports (NCS) has set up an information desk at Lugogo to investigate wrangles wrecking the Uganda Cycling Association (UCA). UCA has failed to hold elections because of consistence misunderstanding within club members. Odyek yesterday said that NCS was mandated by UCA to verify membership and streamline the composition before organising an elective general assembly soon. Odyek said that all cycling fraternity with any information are free to visit the information desk on Tuesday. Ends
