12 Nominated For Gulu Seats Stituencies

TWELVE candidates vying for the constituency parliamentary seats out of 29 who, registered and picked nomination forms were nominated in Gulu yesterday, reports Dennis Ojwee. The Returning Officer, Gulu district Chief Administrative Officer Achiel Awori signed the nomination forms. Omoro County opened the nominations with Alfred Labongo at 10.13am followed Olanya Okello, James Opoka and Jacob Oulanyah. Louis Otika and Zachary Olum were nominated in Nwoya County. In Kilak county Col. Oketa, Julius Falki and Michael Nyeko Ocula were nominated. In Gulu Municipality, Christine Atimango Ario was nominated in the morning. The incumbent, Nobert Mao, followed. Seventeen more aspirants are expected to be nominated today. Ends
