MVP Wilbrod Oketcho hit a game-high 23 points for Power as his side overcame stiff opposition from Warriors to win by one point at Nsambya. Isaac Afidra contributed 14 points for the gritty Power who went into the last quarter trailing by two points. Power followed up their victory with another against Makerere University Livingstone Hall at YMCA Wandegeya on Sunday. Power who played without Oketcho held off a late comeback by the students to win by five points. The encounter between Blue Jackets and Charging Rhino ended in a deadlock as darkness rendered it impossible for the match to go into extra-time. The match will be rescheduled. In Jinja Falcons put up a good show in the fourth quarter to stop Sky Jammers unbeaten run. Steven Omwony (28) and Justice Mwasakyeni (24) combined 52 points helped Falcons secure victory over the Jinja based Jammers who exhibited a good show but succumbed in the final quarter. Lillian Letaru spurred Lady Bucks with 17 points as her side registered their biggest win. Ends
