BY PETER EKAROT & DISMUS BUREGYEYA Police 3 Simba 3 Masaka 1 Oserian 1 SIMBA thrice rallied to snatch a point from Police in a Nile Special Super League six-goal thriller at Nakivubo Stadium yesterday. The cops-versus-soldiers-contest saw both teams change goalkeepers at 2-2. Police's Posnet Omony came on for Welborne Obwot while Cpl. Frank Sebaggala gave way for schoolboy Benjamin Ekussai. Juma Lubega shocked Simba with a first minute goal but Mike Mukiibi equalised after 26 minutes. Seconds to recess, Ahmed Kizza stretched Police's lead that they held onto for only two minutes after recess, with Mohammed Ssebugwawo striking with a header to level. Nicholas Kikabi restored the Cops' lead after a goal-melee after 55 minutes but Alex Sebitosi's header again defied them. It was the climax of a neat cross from Muhammad Kateregga who played his first game this season since moving from Express. Kateregga had a good game after coming on as substitute. Jimmy Muguwa's side should have wrapped up the game, but George Otika's blockbuster ricocheted off the Simba upright. The league resumes today, with Tororo-based Rock Star visiting Masaka today. The Military-Chicago game due Friday has been postponed. At the Recreation ground, Masaka LC was denied victory in an international friendly against Kenyan premier league giant, Oserian Fastac, after a last minute equaliser. Hamza Aliro had given Masaka an early lead. The Kenyans were at the weekend ejected in a heart-breaking CAF Cup game on away goals rule after hitting Tunisia's Etoile du Sahel 4-2 in Nakuru. Aggregate score was 4-4. The Kenyans take on Cranes today and SC Villa tomorrow. Ends
