By Richards Osinde BUIKWE North parliamentary candidate Onyango Kakoba has promised to lobby for rural electrification. He said electricity today is a necessity in life which people in his constituency should enjoy since it is generated in their vicinity. Onyango while addressing a rally on Friday at Wakisi, Mukono district said when re-elected, he will put President Yoweri Museveni to task to fulfil his (Museveni's) manifesto. He also promised to lobby in Parliament for a reduction in the cost of AIDS retroviral drugs to make them affordable to the poor HIV victims. Onyango refuted allegations that he had been discontinued from Makerere University due to poor academic performance. He said he is one of the best students in his course, which he did not reveal.
