The expanded league, which was due to kick off on June 2, but postponed following the Cranes clash against Togo will be held at five venues in Kampala. Robert Aloro, Friends of Football (FOF) boss yesterday said City Tyres, a Kampala tyre firm would cater for the transport and accommodation for upcountry teams. The league expected to run for the next three weeks has City Tyres and Family Planning Association of Uganda (FPAU) as chief sponsors. Aloro named Nakivubo stadium, Old Kampala SS, KCC grounds Nakawa, Aga Khan and Makerere University as venues for the weekend action. He called upon soccer fans to come up in big numbers and support the youngsters in the free shows. The second edition of the league has Hat Trick team from Kampala's central division as defending champions. Teams: Juventus, Amudat, Mutungo, Super Cabs, Hat Trick, Booma, Binyonyi, Kabale Airtime, Volcano, Katente, Savio Boys, Young Heroes, Red Star, Manchester Seeta, Nagalama Police, Kaazi, Kasubi, Young Scoul, Simba Young, Entebbe Mayor, Sharing.
