By Darious Magara Dr. Francis Runumi, the Kabale LC5 chairman, has asked the electorate in the district to listen to all the parliamentary candidates in order to choose capable leaders. "I advise you to remain calm and listen to all the candidates. It will help you to chose the best representatives," Runumi said. He was last week addressing candidate Melvin Mpambara's campaign rally at Karubanda Primary School ground. Runumi, who pulled out of the Kabale Municipality race, attracted applause from Mpambara's supporters when he said he backed Mpambara for the seat. He said he supported Mpambara because of his good leadership skills and his good track record. Mpambara told the cheering crowd that he would fight poverty through his UK-based Kigezi Foundation Fund which would avail the locals with loans. Mpambara said he would improve health care. Also contesting for the seat are Sarapio Rukundo, Michael Bwesigye, Thomas Barebwoha and Bahati Kabahena. Ends
