Blatter next month faces a hostile extra-ordinary assembly in Argentina that will probe the bankruptcy of the federation's marketing group ISMM/ISL, has approved the building of a school of excellence to cost $6m(sh10.7bn). FIFA yesterday communicated to the Federation of Uganda Football Associations that they had approved a proposal sent in 1998 by the Twaha Kakaire executive to build 13 football fields and a fully funded soccer academy on 200 acres of land. FUFA bosses Denis Obua and Godfrey Kisekka will travel to Argentina. Ends
