SIR-This is to affirm the concern Prossy Ndagire raised in The New Vision of Monday, June 18, about the use of lanes at the newly modified junctions like the one at Wandegeya. Motorists turning off to Bwaise and those going straight to Mulago/Ntinda, from Nakulabye, use the outermost lane (left), while those turning to the city centre use the inner (two) lanes. The logic here is that if one stopped in the middle lane, but intends to drive ahead to Mulago, one would end up colliding with cars advancing from the left. Motorists who still can't judge which lane to take at that point should not only depend on the lights, for they simply show which direction is open to traffic at a given moment. They should look at the road to see the direction of the arrows. KCC should keep these arrows clearly visible all the time. Bob Kisiki, Kampala
