KASESE - One of the students abducted during the June 8, 1998 massacre at Kichwamba Technical College is one of the 14 rebels who surrendered to the UPDF on Wednesday. Sam Kyomukama, 28, said he was a second-year student offering a diploma in building and civil engineering. Kyomukama and his colleagues were paraded before the Army Chief of Staff, Brig. James Kazini and Lt. Col. Arocha, the 309th Brigade Commander. Ends
