Fix loudspeakers in parks

SIR-Unfortunate incidents take place in Kampala taxi and bus parks almost everyday. These incidents include theft and loss of different valuable items like jewelry, luggage. Sometimes panties have been stolen from mothers! Just recently, around June 15, a two-day-old baby was stolen from a woman in the New Taxi Park leaving her devastated. If an office with loud speaker facilities is fixed in the middle of the parks to be used to make clear announcements of such incidents immediately they happen, it would be of great help in preventing the culprits from walking away un noticed. Thus the public would be helping the Police to help it. Let us think about it. I don't know whether it is the city council authority or UTODA concerned about such renovations. But please help.
