KAMPALA – Luzira prison has acquired a new bus to transport prisoners to court. Mary Kaddu, the prison's Public Relations Officer, last week said the bus was bought from Akamba Bus Company at US$98,000.
KAMPALA – Luzira prison has acquired a new bus to transport prisoners to court. Mary Kaddu, the prison's Public Relations Officer, last week said the bus was bought from Akamba Bus Company at US$98,000. Kaddu said the money was a donation from the Justice Law and Order Sector Wide Project. The lack of transport for prisoner's has often hampered court cases.
