By Raynel Kanyambu A CIVIL suit to recount votes for Kyeizooba sub-county and disqualification of the MP-elect for Igara East constituency for voting twice, has been filed at Bushenyi Chief Magistrate's court. The suit against the Bushenyi Returning Officer and Richard Nduhura, the winner of the June 26, election for vote rigging, was filed by Ngaruye and Company Advocates, on behalf of Spencer Patrick Turwomwe, the runner-up. Turwomwe, who won in the three sub-counties but only lost in Kyeizooba, told The New vision that he requested the court to disqualify Nduhura for cheating through double voting at two polling stations. Nduhura allegedly voted at Kitwe parish headquarters in Kyeizooba and at Tank Hill at Bushenyi town polling stations. The cases were referred to today before Bushenyi Chief Magistrate's Court. Ends
