Museveni Names VP Tomorrow

By Felix Osike PRESIDENT Yoweri Museveni is expected to name the vice-president and to dissolve Cabinet tomorrow, sources said yesterday. "The vice-president will be named on Saturday and Parliament will meet in the morning for approval," said the source. Dr Speciosa Kazibwe has held the post since 1994. Sources said the President will name a new Cabinet this weekend before leaving for the Organisation of African Unity (OAU) summit in Lusaka, Zambia, on Monday. At least 13 Cabinet ministers were defeated in the just-concluded parliamentary elections while six others did not seek re- election. Ends
