MBARARA - Libyan security personnel have earmarked Lake View Regency Hotel to accommodate the delegation accompanying the Libyan President, Col. Muammar Gaddafi. Gaddafi will be in Uganda for the anniversary celebration of the Omukama of Toro, King Oyo Nyimba at the weekend. A team of Libyan security personnel from Tripoli on Monday inspected the hotel, owned by Hassan Basajjabala. Ends
