KUMI – The district Chief Administrative Officer, Rose Ochom, has warned teachers against the practice of stealing textbooks which is rampant in the district.
KUMI – The district Chief Administrative Officer, Rose Ochom, has warned teachers against the practice of stealing textbooks which is rampant in the district. Addressing headteachers at St. Mary's Teachers College Bukedea on Friday, Ochom said the teachers were suspected of conniving with thugs from other districts to break into school libraries at night, pack books in vehicles and drive them away for sale.
