By Raynel Kanyambu IGARA East MP Dr. Richard Nduhuura on Saturday said he was ready to talk to his former opponent for the seat, Spencer Turomwe, to resolve differences created by the recent elections. Turomwe, who was the runner up, took Nduhuura to the High Court for allegedly voting twice in the parliamentary elections. He lost in a vote recount ordered by the court while the case of voting twice was dismissed by the DPP.
