By Hillary Nsambu and Edith Kimuli THE State yesterday asked the Court to convict former Toro prime minister John Sanyu Katuramu (pictured), saying he masterminded the murder of Prince Charles Happy Kijanangoma. The five allegedly murdered Kijanangoma and Steven Kaganda a private guard at Palace View Hotel in Fort Portal on March 25, 1999. Katuramu and his co-accused are on remand in Luzira prison. Ends
